European orders: 10€

Rest of the World: we deliver to 57 countries all over the world. Information on shipping options and shipping costs will be displayed accordingly to the delivery address.

PAYMENT METHODS

Within Europe you can pay with PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD or BANKWIRE.

Outside Europe we work with "BONGO INTERNATIONAL". More info about Bongo International at https://bongous.com.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment solution for the purchase.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT

If your order is in stock we process the charges to your credit card.
It will ship within five business days from the date of your order.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
If you item(s) do arrived damaged please do not accept the package and contact us - we will send you a new package.
Items are also classified as faulty if there is a manufacturing fault that occurs within 6 months of purchase.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered as faulty.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card/Paypal account/Bank Account that you use when placing your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
We will issue a full refund on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

    Please note the following:
  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

EXCHANGES

We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
The merchandise must be returned in one package.
All exchange shipments are made using the same service as the original delivery (DPD).
We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from one order.
Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one.
The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Customs duties and taxes for non-EU countries.
In case of shipments that are made to non-European countries, no VAT is charged.
As soon as the articles arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office.
The recipient will then be invoiced by our logistics partner BONGO international.
By submitting your order and paying and/or delivering the required information, you concede to the import regulations of the respective articles.
Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
