Shipping costs

We are glad to offer you free shipping on all online orders over €550.

We apply the zone rates below for orders less than €550:

  • ZONE 1: €20 for Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, France & Germany.
  • ZONE 2: €25 for all other EU countries.
  • ZONE 3: €40 for countries outside the EU. 

For items delivered within the EU all prices include VAT.
For items delivered outside the EU, VAT is not charged when placing your order. Please note that you will be most likely requested by your local authorities to pay local import and/or income taxes prior or upon receipt of your package

Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order & it will be processed within three business days.

Shipment

If your order is in stock, it will be shipped within five business days using an n.d.c. made by hand trusted delivery service. Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we will mail tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your package arrived damaged, please do not accept it and contact us - we will send you a new package. Items are also classified as faulty if there is a manufacturing fault that occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered as faulty.

Returns

 We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer you the possibility to exchange the items purchased, opt for a gift card or get a refund for the goods you wish to return. Thank you for informing us by email in the case you plan to return/exchange an item.

Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. Shoe and accessory boxes should always be returned in an additional protective packaging box. Please keep in mind that it is not sufficient to tape the shoebox or gift box, and stick a return label on it. In this case the item will be considered as incorrectly returned. If the return does not match the above terms, we will not be able to exchange or refund your purchase.

Please note that you carry all the shipping costs of the return. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a shipping service that insures you for the value of the goods and offers you tracking of the shipment.

For returns outside the EU, we are unable to predict the eventual additional custom costs that will be charged to you. Please note that you will be liable for the payment of any import duties, customs and local tax related to the return. You could contact your local customs office or shipping service for more information on potential surcharges.

Alternatively, for returns outside the EU, we can offer you a return label. In this case the shipping cost and any other custom and import costs related to your return will be deducted from your refund.

 When your return package has reached us in good order as stated above, the refund will be made within 30 days to the original credit card/bank account you originally used when placing your order. Please note that the initial shipping costs of your order will not be refunded and we have the right to determine at our solely discretion the damage cost of returned items & adapt the refunded amount accordingly .
